Private Aerial Party

DESCRIPTION:

This is the registration page for guests invited to an aerial party already scheduled at our studio. If you don't have a party scheduled and would like to book one, please visit the Events tab (upsideaerial.com/events) to learn more! INSTRUCTIONS FOR INVITED GUESTS: Select the purple "Book Now" button below to reserve your aerial equipment and confirm your spot. Double check your party date/time to be sure you are registering for the correct party since we have lots of parties at Upside Aerial! After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to sign our online waiver. Be sure to complete the waiver (also available at www.upsideaerial.com/waiver) at least 3 days before the party. Not sure what to wear? Check out #4 on our FAQ page. Only invited guests should register here as this is a private party and not open to the public. Family/friends of invited guests are welcome to come and observe, but must remain seated and refrain from touching any aerial equipment. Don't see your party date/time listed below? Check if your party is listed here instead: https://www.upsideaerial.com/service-page/private-aerial-party-self-pay REMINDER FOR PARTY HOSTS: We will send you an email invoice to pay for your (or your child's) spot and hold your party reservation. Your party reservation is only confirmed once invoice payment is received. Then share this party link (https://www.upsideaerial.com/service-page/private-aerial-party) with all your guests well in advance to give them plenty of time to register for the party and complete our waiver. All guests need to register and sign our online waiver at least 3 days before your party. Don't forget to sign a waiver for yourself (or your child) too! Then we will email you an invoice to complete payment for the rest of your party based on the number of guests registered. Payment is due at least 48 hours before your party.
