Pole Private Lesson

DESCRIPTION:

Upside Aerial is so lucky to have Ashanti Jennings and Juli Bierwirth, two of the most experienced pole instructors available in our area! We offer private pole lessons with these two amazing instuctors on the stage pole at our studio (or online private lessons for those who have a pole installed at home). Private Pole lessons are perfect for complete beginners or experienced students who want individualized instruction. You can specify whether you want your lesson to be in-person or online on our Booking form (when you select the Book button below). We only have 1 pole in our studio, so we do not currently offer group pole classes. But if you have a pole at home, be sure to check out our weekly group online pole classes under Online Classes! OUR POLE INSTRUCTORS: Ashanti has been a pole dance instructor since 2015. In addition to teaching aerial silks and lyra classes at Upside Aerial, she has also trained in belly dance, ballet, and burlesque. Juli has been teaching pole since 2014. She also has an extensive teaching and training background in parter acrobatics, hand balancing, flying trapeze, cyr wheel, and aerial pole. Both Ashanti and Juli teach beginner to advanced level pole lessons. PRICE: Pole private lessons are 1 hour and cost $75. To save $10 per lesson, get a package of 4 at checkout or under the Pricing tab of our website or app. WHAT TO WEAR: Wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up over the knees and a sports bra for women or tank top for men/women. Bare feet are best. (Stripper heels are welcome if you have them! Just no regular heels.) Avoid oil-based lotions 24 hours before class and be sure to remove all jewelry from hands and feet.
