Pathway Play: Advanced Silks

DESCRIPTION:

It's all about the journey! Pathway Play Advanced Silks classes are 75 minutes and designed for intermediate-advanced adult silks students (age 16+). This class focuses on linking and exploring fabric pathways, sometimes involving complicated fabric theory concepts. Prerequisites for this class include comfort with Crossback skills, multiple Belay entries and skills, Front & Back Dives or walk downs, skills from Hip Key, Catcher's wrap (aka Open Wrap or Same Side Knee Hook Wrap), and Closed Wrap (aka Opposite Side Knee Hook Wrap). Wheeldown pathways may be explored. Participants should be able to complete at least 3 clean aerial inversions (no tagging) in a row and have 2+ years of consistent intermediate to advanced aerial silks training or instructor approval.
