Foundational aerial experience required (Age 16+)
DESCRIPTION:
Movement Lab invites students to explore new pathways of movement on the floor and in the air. Through guided improvisation and creative prompts, students will build confidence, deepen movement intuition, and connect more fully with their apparatus in a supportive, exploratory space. PREREQUISITES: Open to students who have completed the Intro curriculum on any apparatus and currently take Foundations, Intermediate, or Advanced classes. ALL apparatuses welcome! Under age 16?
