DESCRIPTION:
In Aerial Silks, we use long, graceful fabrics to climb, wrap, invert, dance and play! Our Foundations Silks classes are 75 minutes and designed for adult students (age 16+) who have completed the Intro to Aerial Silks curriculum and/or received instructor approval. Prerequisites for this class are the ability to easily tie a basic footlock, comfort with 2 to 3 climbs up the fabric, and descending with control. Under age 16? Or want more personal attention?
