Aerial Pole Private Lesson

DESCRIPTION:

Select the purple Book Now button below for scheduling availability. Aerial Pole (also known as Flying Pole) bridges the gap between pole dance and aerial arts by combining the two! Aerial Pole performers incorporate flips, tricks, jumps, slides and climbs, all while suspended on a free-hanging vertical dance pole rigged from the ceiling! Due to the nature of this activity, previous pole and aerial experience is required (Age 16+). WHAT TO WEAR: Wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up over the knees and a sports bra for women or tank top for men/women. Bare feet are best. Avoid oil-based lotions 24 hours before class and be sure to remove all jewelry from hands and feet. PRICE: Private Lessons are 1 hour and cost $75. Save with our Private Lesson package (4 lessons for $65 each).
