Advanced Aerial Silks
Previous aerial experience required (Age 16+)
DESCRIPTION:
In Aerial Silks, we use long, graceful fabrics to climb, wrap, invert, dance and play! Our advanced silks classes are 75 minutes and designed for adult students (age 16+) have solid experience with the following skills, including but not limited to: Crochet Crossback, Crossback Straddle, Belay, Hip Key, Thigh Hitch, Open & Closed Wraps, s- & z-wraps. Classes regularly include drops and dives. Prerequisites for this class are the ability and stamina to do mutiple clean inversions in the air and climb the silks repeatedly during each class, at least 2 years of regular aerial silks training, and/or instructor approval.
