About the event
Slice of Summer is a water-based festival held in downtown Graham around Courthouse Square. This free, family-friendly event is sponsored by Graham Recreation and Alamance Arts and will feature food trucks, live music by Pantasia Steel Band, water games, inflatables....and Upside Aerial performances! Upside's founder, Michelle Spurlock, will be performing as The Little Mermaid at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30pm. Upside Aerial students are invited to show off their amazing aerial skills in between performance times. Here is a detailed map of Upside's exact location at the festival.
Upside Students: We need all skill levels, ages, shapes, and sizes to help demo on the rig! If possible, wear your Upside shirts or any water-themed costume. RSVP here to let us know if you plan to attend, and please note in the comments section if you can arrive early (2:30pm) or stay late (till 9pm) to set up/tear down the rig, help do aerial demos, or just want to watch.
