Mebane July 4th Independence Day Celebration

The Upside Aerial Performance Troupe will be flying high for the City of Mebane's Independence Day Celebration at the Mebane Arts & Community Center on Saturday, July 4th, from 5pm to 8pm! This free event also features backyard games (including corn hole, volleyball, spike ball and more), food trucks and vendors, inflatables, live music, prize giveaways (includeing a gas grill and gift cards), and fireworks! We will be performing in the the Carnival Kid Zone on the soccer fields - which will also feature jugglers, magicians, a bubble artist, water tables, free fairy hair and glitter tattoos , and an ice cream cart!

EVENT SCHEDULE

• 3pm to 4:30pm: Aerial Rig Setup (on the Mebane Arts & Community Center Soccer Fields at 624 Corregidor Street. If there is inclement weather, the rig will be set up in the gym). We are "C" on this event map.

• 5pm to 8pm: Upside Aerial Performing. Our performing will conclude at 8pm, but event festivities continue till 10pm.

• 6:30pm: Live music begins

• 8pm to 9pm: Aerial Rig Breakdown

• 9:15pm: Fireworks

EVENT PARKING

You can either park at the Mebane Arts & Community Center (MACC) or there will be a free trolley shuttle service running between Downtown Mebane and the MACC. Upside Aerial will be at point "C:"

UPSIDE STUDENTS: No need to RSVP - we already have a pre-selected performance troupe ready to go for this event, but we hope you'll come watch and enjoy the festivities!
