Elon University Wellness Fair

Elon University hosts an annual Wellness Fair for their faculty, staff, and students, and they've asked Upside Aerial to be a part of it! We'll bring our free-standing aerial rig, and any current Upside students can join us for some free aerial and acro playtime to help provide demonstrations. Be sure to register here so we know you're coming and can provide you with a parking pass for parking on campus. Note that 2:30pm Aerial Silks class is canceled on Oct 8th so we can participate in this event, so come on over for some free playtime instead! Also, if you can arrive early (by 1pm) to assist us with assembling the rig, please note that in the Comment section when you register. Thanks!

Parking will be available in the Oaks Parking Lot (red star 1 on map) for the first 25 vendors and vendor helpers that arrive.  Campus Safety & Police have graciously agreed to block off the first row of the Oaks for this event.  Once those spaces are taken, you will be able to park in the Hunt B Lot (red star 2 on map near #58) or in a visitor space in the McMichael Parking Lot (red star 2 on map near #9). The fair will run outdoors this year from 2 pm to 5 pm on the East Side of Koury Athletic Center (green star on map). Rain location: Alumni Gym- Koury Athletic Center (#61 on map).
