Strength & Cardio Training

This 1-hour online class with Christine McCoy provides a mix of strength training and cardio and finishes with an ab workout. The plan is to mix it up! Some classes will be a Tabata-style (timed) workout that uses lighter weights for longer lift times and some heavier lifting classes will use heavier weights with a lower number of reps. PRICE: $10 per class - or $8 with our Online Class pass available at checkout or under the Pricing tab. After you book the class, you will receive a confirmation email with a link and password to join us via the videoconferencing tool, Zoom. Just click on the link from your computer 5 minutes prior to your booked class time. (If you choose to join via tablet or mobile phone, you'll need to download the Zoom app first.) Props: If you don't have hand weights or resistance bands, grab some cans from your pantry!
Group Class and Private Lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds.
