Level 2+ Lyra Sequencing

DESCRIPTION:

In Level 2+ Lyra Sequencing, we will introduce a new aerial dance sequence every month. The base sequence (and the class overall) are intended to serve as a platform to refine technique; discover additional transitions; identify, access, and explore creative movement qualities that feel good in your body; enhance full-body presence, and experience the freedom that comes with expressing yourself and finding your particular flow! Level 2+ Lyra Sequencing classes are designed for students who have mastered Level 1 skills, possess the ability to pull themselves up into the apparatus multiple times, and can move around the hoop with intention and control. Not sure if you meet the prerequisites for this class? Contact us! Please note: our group classes are for adults only (age 16+), but Private/Semi-Private Lessons start at age 9. PRICE: A single drop-in class is $30. (Previous aerial experience is required to drop in. All classes, including drop-ins, must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.)
