DESCRIPTION:
Aerial Sling (also known as Aerial Hammock) is a simple loop of fabric with endless possibilities: roll, drop, spin, wrap, twist, stretch, flip, and fly! This 75-minute group class is for adult (age 16+) students with previous aerial experience (previous Sling experience preferred). Not sure if you have adequate experience? Contact us! New to Sling?
