24-Hour Booking & Cancellation Policy:

 

After you buy a pass, use it to book all your sessions at least 24 hours in advance because spots at our studio are limited by equipment availability. This also gives our instructors time to tailor their lesson plans for each person signed up for their classes. Cancellations less than 24 hours ahead for reasons unrelated to COVID-19 or emergency are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds to ensure student access to limited spots and that our instructors are compensated for their time. This policy also allows us adequate time to cancel class if minimum enrollment is not met 24 hours ahead, and to notify you and refund you.
