Level 2 - 3 Aerial Silks

DESCRIPTION:

In Aerial Silks, we use long, graceful fabrics to climb, wrap, invert, dance and play! Level 2 - 3 Aerial Silks classes are 75 minutes and designed for adult students (age 16+) who are working on skills from Upside Aerial Curriculum Sheets 2 and 3. Sheet 2 includes aerial skills from basic, single, and double footlocks and builds the foundations for inverting in the air. Sheet 3 skills include more advanced footlock skills (e.g. Crossback Straddle), Ankle Wrap Skills (e.g. Scorpion), and Hip Keys/Inversions from the air. (You can still take this class if you do not have an inversion from the air as long as you are actively working on them).
