Pathway Play: Level 4+ Aerial Silks

DESCRIPTION:

In Aerial Silks, we use long, graceful fabrics to climb, wrap, invert, dance and play! Pathway Play: Level 4+ classes are 75 minutes and designed for intermediate-advanced adult silks students (age 16+) working on Sheet 4 or higher of the Upside Aerial Silks Curriculum. This class focuses on learning, linking, and exploring pathways with more complicated fabric theory concepts. Prerequisites for this class are mastery of Sheets 1 to 4 of the Upside Aerial Silks Curriculum, including comfort with Crossback skills, multiple Belay entries and skills, Front & Back Dives or walk downs, skills from Hip Key, Open Wrap (Catcher's), and Closed Wrap. Wheeldown pathways will be explored. You should also have at least 3 clean aerial inversions (no tagging) in a row and at least 2 years of consistent intermediate to advanced aerial silks training.
