Level 3+ Lyra Sequencing

DESCRIPTION:
Level 3+ Lyra Sequencing classes are for those with intermediate aerial experience, the ability to pull themselves up into the apparatus multiple times and move around and above the hoop with control. This group class is 75 minutes and includes a thorough ground warmup, conditioning drills, and beginner to advanced intermediate lyra skills that will be linked. Each month a new sequence will be taught and will potentially incorporate dives, rolls and intricate transitions to create a flow sequence. Please note: our group classes are for adults only (16+), but Private/Semi-Private Lessons start at age 9. PRICE: The drop-in rate is $30. (Previous aerial experience is required to drop in: see above for prerequisites. All classes, including drop-ins, must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.)
