DESCRIPTION:
This 2-hour workshop is part of our May workshop series with veteran circus artist, performer, and coach, Constance Echo Palmer! Note that any workshop that doesn't fit your schedule can be requested as a private/semiprivate lesson. In this workshop, we will climb, twirl, and drop using hitches on our feet and legs created with the idea of tension locks! Get ready to get braining and make some magic! Prerequisites: Must be comfortable inverting in the air repeatedly. Comfortable with knee hooks and leg crochets. Ease working in foot locks and cross back straddle. Age 16+
