Get Strong (with help from your friends)
Use the body weight and spontaneity of a partner to build strength in a playful way.
This special 3-hour partner balancing class will focus on fun and playful ground-based acrobatic skills that challenge the strength, balance, and flexibility of partners and trios (in ways that help you forget how much work you're doing). You will not only build muscle during class, but you will walk away with dozens of drills for partner warmups, stretches, and even body weight massage and relaxation. Great for couples, families, and friends. Participants can come in existing pairs/groups, or as individuals. No experience necessary.
Group Class and Private Lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds.
