Flow Yoga

DESCRIPTION:
Ready to kick it up a notch? This faster-paced 1-hour online yoga class with Christine McCoy on Saturdays at 10am synchronizes breath with flow. We’ll build heat in our flow, transition to balance and strength poses, and finish with easy inversions and stretches...leaving your body humming in savasana. PRICE: $10 per class - or $8 with our Online Class pass available at checkout or under the Pricing tab. After you book the class, you will receive a confirmation email with a link and password to join us via the videoconferencing tool, Zoom. Just click on the link from your computer 5 minutes prior to your booked class time. (If you choose to join via tablet or mobile phone, you'll need to download the Zoom app first.) Props: A yoga mat, yoga blocks and a strap can be helpful but aren't required. (Carpeted floor, thick books and a scarf also work well!)
