Double Sling, Loop Straps & Chains

DESCRIPTION:
This 2-hour workshop is part of our May workshop series with veteran circus artist, performer, and coach, Constance Echo Palmer! Note that any workshop that doesn't fit your schedule can be requested as a private/semiprivate lesson. Details about this, Connie, and a full list of all her workshop offerings are under the Events tab. What is better than one sling? TWO SLINGS! This workshop's choreography will be offered on double slings made of fabric, loop straps, and chains if you really just like bruises. When there are two loops, the possibilities are so endless because you can use them as one or separate or move in between them. Join me for some fun sequences on two loops and don’t ever look back! Prerequisites: Able to perform a pull over mount. It is also beneficial to have an understanding of back balance and a variety of grips (flamenco, selfie, etc.). Age 16+
