Beginner-Friendly Online Pole Conditioning Class


This beginner-friendly 1-hour pole conditioning classes is offered via Zoom Thursdays at 5:45pm with Ashanti. You will learn pole dance technique fundamentals and work on strength training to prepare you for advancing your pole skills. SETUP REQUIREMENTS: You must have a pole properly installed according to manufacturer's instructions, ideally in an area free of obstacles. Be sure to check your pole mount prior to each class. You'll also want to set up a yoga mat in a floor space big enough to fully stretch your body out with arms overhead. WHAT TO WEAR: Wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up over the knees and a sports bra for women or tank top for men/women Avoid oil-based lotions 24 hours before class and be sure to remove all jewelry from hands and feet. PRICE: Cost is $15 per class or $12.50 with our Online Pole 8-Pass available at checkout or under the Pricing tab of our website or app. REGISTRATION: After you book the class, you will receive a confirmation email with a link and password to join us via the videoconferencing tool, Zoom. Just click on the link from your computer 5 minutes prior to your booked class time. (If you choose to join via tablet or mobile phone, you'll need to download the Zoom app first.)

Cancellation Policy

Group Class and Private Lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds.
