Level 3 - 4 Aerial Silks

DESCRIPTION:

In Aerial Silks, we use long, graceful fabrics to climb, wrap, invert, dance and play! Level 3 -4 classes are 75 minutes and designed for adult students (age 16+) working on Sheets 3 or 4 of the Upside Aerial Silks Curriculum (including but not limited to skills from Crochet Crossback & Crossback Straddle, Belay, Hip Key & Thigh Hitch, and Open & Closed Wraps). Prerequisites for this class are the ability to do mutiple inversions in the air during each class, at least 1 year of aerial silks training, and/or instructor approval. Even if you far exceed the prerequisites for this class, our Level 3-4 Silks class is meant to be a long-term class for experienced aerialists. We spend lots of time on sequencing, fabric theory, and conditioning in this class, so it's appropriate for any experienced aerialists who'd like to focus on these things.
